Program Overview
Are you thinking about earning a business degree but want to experience a few business classes first? Looking to gain corporate training if you are already in the business profession? The Business Operations Technical Certificate (T.C.) program provides you with a foundation in basic business concepts for employment in a variety of organizational settings. Business certificate program graduates will be prepared for employment as a department supervisor, customer relations representative, employee relations specialist, office supervisor, program supervisor, transportation/warehousing supervisor, or will receive supplemental management training for current managers.
