Program Overview

The Engineering Technology Support Specialist Technical Certificate (T.C.) program focuses on broad, transferable skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the following elements of the Engineering Technology and Industrial Applications: production materials and processes, quality, computer-aided drafting, electronics, mechanics, instrumentation and safety. Designed to align with the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council’s (MSSC) skills standards, the program prepares students for manufacturing and engineering technician occupations or offers supplementary training for previous or current employees in these occupations.
