The A.S. in Engineering Technology (Advanced Manufacturing) degree provides high quality and relevant  preparation for distinctive success in the installation, repair and maintenance of industrial/manufacturing environments.

Program Overview

The Associate in Science (A.S.) in Engineering Technology degree is an advanced manufacturing technology degree that prepares students for success in the installation, repair and maintenance of industrial/manufacturing environments. This hands-on advance manufacturing program is designed to respond to the needs of regional businesses and provides industrial/manufacturing related technical skills for the industry.

Training includes electronics, industrial components, various computer control software and hardware applications, industrial control circuits, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC, hydraulics and pneumatics. You will also receive specialized courses in automated manufacturing systems including automated process control, which prepares you to work in trades such as manufacturing, food, chemical, paper pulp and pharmaceutical industries or further your education to pursue an engineering career.
