The Associate in Science in Accounting Technology degree program will prepare you for accounting-related positions where the knowledge of accounting principles and theory will be applied.

Program Overview

If you like working with numbers, are organized and have an eye for detail, you can begin your climb up the corporate ladder with our Associate in Science (A.S.) in Accounting Technology. It will provide you with a solid foundation in all aspects of accounting practices used in a range of organizational settings. This accounting degree includes four technical accounting certificates – Accounting Technology Management, Accounting Technology Operations, Accounting Technology Specialist and Banking Specialist - Financial Services (FinTech) – which can be earned individually to develop or upgrade your skills while you complete your degree. After earning an accounting degree, you can choose to begin an accounting career as a bookkeeper, auditor, payroll or credit coordinator or other related accounting jobs. Students can also continue on to our bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Services, or Supervision and Management for even greater professional opportunities.

Program Outcomes
