For Media, from Corby: Your Inquiries for FSCJ Summer 2013

Summer schedules affected by vacations and the modified 36-hour work week require your attention

You may recall that, as in the past, there is a lower faculty presence on campuses during the summer months. This makes it more challenging to find experts available to speak on short notice. Additionally, many staff go on a shortened week, down from 40 to 36 hours, and many work an approved four-day work week, usually Monday-Thursday. Corby's summer schedule is Monday-Thursday, although I am often reachable most days of the week. During the period May 24-June 17, Corby will be out of the office and unreachable. Back-up is John Kerr, who can be reached Monday-Thursday at 904-632-3387 or via email john.kerr@fscj.edu. Thanks as always for your interest in FSCJ!
