Creative Collaboration: Convocation 2016

Reflecting on this past year, it was filled with wonderful events, countless accolades, academic advances and truly inspiring work performed by all of our faculty and staff.

This year brings about even more exciting changes that are certain to raise FSCJ to an even higher caliber of excellence.

We look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming Convocation Ceremony on Thursday, August 18, 2016 to kick off this great new year. The theme this year is Creative Collaboration and we are excited to share our motivation and encouragement with all of you to embrace creative collaboration for the 2016-17 academic year.

Our honored speakers this year include Dr. Kathleen Ciez-Volz, executive dean academic foundations, and Professor Dean Moore, presidential fellow, who will speak about Performance Funding and Student Success: Teaching…Learning…Transforming.

Additionally, Ms. Cheryl Wilson, professor of Surgical Technology will deliver the Keynote address.

Following the program, faculty and staff will gather for the afternoon sessions with the new Academic Schools. See the schedule below for more information:
