If you’re a woman who wants to go back to college, launch an effective job search, learn how to invest your money, grow as a person, or just have some fun, you’ve come to the right place. The Rosanne R. Hartwell Women’s Center has been helping women succeed personally and professionally since 1974 — and most of our programs are free! Visit our office at South Campus. We’re in Building E, Room 100.
Challenge Program for Displaced Homemakers
If you are 35 years of age or older and have been dependent on the income of another family member, but must now secure employment, the Challenge Program is for you! Take our free three-week class, and learn how to launch a successful job search, write an effective resume, improve your self-esteem, and become more assertive. Discover more about yourself through various assessment tools. Classes are held Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m.–11:45 a.m., at the Deerwood Center. Challenge Workshops

Athena Café Luncheon (formerly Women’s Information Exchange luncheon)
Don’t miss the fourth Thursday of each month, from noon–1 p.m., at the College’s Administrative Offices (unless another location is indicated) when we feature speakers covering topics of interest to women. Personal Growth Workshops for Women
For women only, these four sessions are designed for women who are working on themselves, growing and becoming who THEY want to be! Join us as we discuss the following topics: The Assertive Woman, A Mini Self-Esteem Workout, Creating Healthy Relationships and Stress Busters. The Wise Woman Series
