Vendor Application

Vendors interested in doing business with Florida State College at Jacksonville must complete both a vendor application form and IRS W-9 form. Vendors requesting to come on campus must complete the vendors on campus form. If you need assistance or additional information, please contact Patty Carter at (904) 632-3303.

Vendor Bid System

Please be aware, the College also posts formal solicitations to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) managed by the Department of Management Services (DMS). At this location, vendors can register (at no cost) to download copies of bid/proposal solicitations statewide.
