College President Steven Wallace and Dr. Kathryn Birmingham, Dean of Liberal Arts, Downtown Campus Dr. Wallace presented a plaque to Dr. Birmingham recognizing her service as chair of the Administrative and Professional Collaborative for 2010/11.
