Employees may be eligible to appeal disciplinary action pursuant to those outlined in APM 02-1701 (Due Process for Career Personnel) or APM 02-1702 (Due Process for Administrative and Professional Personnel) or Article 10 (Grievance and Arbitration Procedures) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for faculty.
