Situations may arise in which you would like guidance or confidential advice. We welcome the opportunity to help you find answers and work toward solutions.

Employee Relations (ER) provides advice and guidance to employees and management on a variety of employee related issues. While our office does not specifically advocate for an employee or supervisor in any given situation, we do provide counseling, advice, policy interpretation and collaborative solutions in an effort to help bring resolution.

ER is also available to provide assistance and answers to questions concerning complaints/grievances, discipline, performance management, and ADA accommodations as well as College policies, processes and procedures.

FSCJ believes that all College personnel are entitled to fair and equitable treatment.

ER is available to assist with addressing and resolving workplace concerns, give guidance regarding the complaint/grievance processes and recommend additional resources that may be helpful to an employee’s situation.
