Program Overview
Successfully passing this course will prepare you to take the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate state exam so that you can get a license to practice real estate. With your license, you can assist buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords in finding or selling homes and renting or managing homes. Whether you are planning this to be a full-time career or a part-time endeavor, having a real estate license will not only enhance your life but will enhance the lives of those you help to buy, sell, or rent homes.
