Program Overview

The FSCJ  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in our Yellow Belt course, diving deeper into the principles and practices of Lean Six Sigma methodology for process improvement and quality management. This course is designed for professionals who want to take a more active role in Lean Six Sigma projects and drive significant organizational change.

Participants will explore advanced tools and techniques for analyzing and improving processes using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework and learn key topics include statistical analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to lead Green Belt projects, mentor Yellow Belts, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within their organizations

Due to the utilization of online software, the Green Belt course requires participants to have access to a PC.

Please Note: This class may be canceled if the minimum enrollment number is not met

Participants will also receive an FSCJ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt digital badge upon completion. This secure, verifiable digital credential for certificate completion can be shared with career networks and demonstrates your achievement to current and potential employers, and value in both educational and professional communities
