These courses prepare students with the knowledge and skills to sit for the CompTIA A+ Certification Exams and the ITIL Foundations 4 certification exam. CompTIA A+ Certification Preparation with Voucher:  $2,499 

Students will be trained in the technical knowledge needed to take and pass the CompTIA A+ Exams 200-1001 and 220-1002. This course includes basic troubleshooting as well as hands on and simulation laboratory training, and students will learn to install, configure, optimize, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on personal computers and digital devices. Upon completion of this course, students will be eligible to register for and take the CompTIA A+ Certification Exams. Course curriculum and CompTIA A+ exam Vouchers included in course cost.

Service Support Management with ITIL Foundations 4 Certification Voucher:  $1,649 

The Service Support Management course provides a view of IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products. The certification can help those who require a basic understanding of the IT service management framework, of how it can be used to enhance IT service management, and for IT professionals or others working within an organization that has adopted ITIL. Students will study the guiding four dimensions of Service Management, and the Key concepts from Lean, Agile, DevOps, and why these are important to deliver business value. Students will be able to sit for the ITIL Foundations 4 Certification after completing this course. Certification voucher is included with course cost.
