The Clinical Research Coordinator Technical Certificate (T.C.) program gives students
the skills necessary to support health care providers through lifesaving research. This program is ideal for individuals who currently work in the area of health care but may not have had formal research instruction, including nurses, medical assistants, laboratory technicians, pharmacy technicians, business administrators, health information technologists and all other individuals with an interest in clinical research.
There has never been a time where the need for clinical research professionals has been greater. Florida ranks within the top five states in the country for clinical studies and is home to many of the nation’s largest research facilities and organizations.
This program prepares students for entry-level employment in the clinical research field, where they will support the initiation, implementation and follow-up of critical clinical research. All credits may be applied toward the Clinical Research Professional A.S.
