What is IGNITE?
FAMU IGNITE is a 2+2 transfer program that guarantees students with an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) general admission into Florida A&M University (FAMU). Students applying to limited-access programs may be subject to additional prerequisite requirements.
Students must have no more than 30 academic credits earned to join IGNITE.
Steps
- Explore FAMU degree programs
- Attend Florida State College at Jacksonville
- Join IGNITE through FSCJ
- Complete the online IGNITE form
- Follow and complete the intended degree guide
- Apply to FAMU after earning 45 credits
- Earn your A.A. degree from FSCJ
